Debbie Gibson and Devin Kelley
Debbie Gibson established herself as a prominent pop artist by the end of 1980s. Over time, other artists took over the pop music scene but Gibson never lost her passion for music. Gibson was born in Long Island New York City on August 31, 1970. Her ethnicity includes Italian/Sicilian German as well as a small amount of Russian. The only child of Diane Gibson. She also has three sisters. Morton Estrin was her first piano teacher when she started out. She began her career in 1983 when she wrote an original song titled "I Come From America" and sending the song to WOR to compete in their song contest. The year 1983 was the time she was the winner of a song contest at WOR. Then, she had her mother transform the garage of their family into an audio recording studio. The demo for another one song she wrote Only in My Dreams submitted to a radio station led the D.J. A music executive from Atlantic Records heard her song, and she was able to land an immediate development deal. The
