Torrie Anne Wilson, born on July 24 1975 is an American former professional wrestler. She is most famous for her participation in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE, earlier known as the World Wrestling Federation).As fitness-focused competitor, Wilson won the Miss Galaxy competition in 1999. She was then signed by World Championship Wrestling and World Championship Wrestling, where she was in the company from 1999 until 2000. [2][7][8] Her 2001 appearances on World Wrestling Federation television were part of The Invasion (a WCW storyline that was later referred to as the WWF). One of the most well-known stories were from 2002, where she was battling Dawn Marie. [5][9] In 2003, she teamed up with Sable. Wilson was a part of the all-female stable, which is a set of characters that are associated with storylines. Wilson was first introduced to the sport as a fan at an International Championship Wrestling(WCW) event in 1999. [7][8][9] Wilson was invited to join Scott Steiner in the ring when she returned to the ring. [7] Later, Kevin Nash expressed an desire to write the storyline along with her. It was her debut appearance on the Nitro show's February 8 1999 episode (later called "Samantha") In the storyline it was discovered that Wilson had been taken in by New World Order (nWo) to con David Flair into supporting his father Ric Flair. [5][14] On February 21, Wilson slapped Ric at SuperBrawl IX, David attacked him with a taser. 15 Ric received the WCW World Heavyweight Championship by Hollywood Hogan. This was in an Uncensored match that featured there was a Barbed Wire Steel Cage match was played. David and Wilson took an off in April from WCW television before returning to the arena in May. In 1999, at the Bash at the Beach, Wilson served as the valet for Flair when he won the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Dean Malenko.
