Liz and Emily
Liz Vassey has been acting since she was nine years old. At the age of sixteen, she made the move from New Jersey to New York in order to join the crew for the television show All My Children. The show's work has earned her her first Daytime Emmy nomination. In the years since, Liz has appeared as a regular character on a total of twelve different television shows including ER Maximum Bob Necessary Roughness, Brotherly Love The Tick Nevada Two and a Half Men the live-action version of FOX's adaptation of The Tick and most recently Season Two of the reboot of The Tick on Amazon. The most well-known role she has played is Wendy Simms, a DNA technician in the TV show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She played the character over a span of five years. Liz was also a guest star on a number of TV shows including pilots and many film. Liz is a talented writer, and has also had a long career as an actor. The last season she was an CSI actress was when she co-wrote an episode. She has since sold six TV films and television pilots that are being developed at NBC Freeform Universal Netflix, The CW, amongst other networks. Liz who is a lifetime runner just recently made her first appearance as director on the documentary feature film The Human Race which has launched. It focuses on runners aged over fifty. Liz Emmerichs resides in Hollywood together with David Emmerichs. The couple has many animals as well as several children. Liz Vassey was a Raleigh native when she was born the 9th of August in 1972. Liz Vassey was 51 years old in 2023. Emily Swallow.......................Emily Swallow is an American actress best known for her starring role as neurosurgical resident Dr. Michelle Robidaux a 20-something resident who is inexperienced yet eager and is finding her footing among giants in the medical drama television series Monday Mornings. Swallow was born in Jacksonville Florida. She received a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia in Middle Eastern studies. Swallow then moved from Virginia to New York City, where she received a Master's Degree in acting in the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. Swallow has played the roles of both the villains and the good in film and television. She was a police detective on Ringer, a detective's wife in Southland and a bounty hunter on CBS The Odds' Pilot The Odds and a bank robber on Medium. To round out her career, Swallow has also been a mermaid and star in Shana-Sosin's independently produced film The Rift.
